Welcome to International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at Angels International College!

The IB DP is a challenging yet balanced academic program that is all about developing the ‘wholestudent’, helping them learn how to learn, how to analyze, how to reach conclusions about mankind, its language and literature, its way in society, and scientific forces of its environment.

We as IB educators at Angels International College believe that the greatest value of IB DP lies not in its ability to boost GPA’s and build resumes for college. We believe that IB fosters a kind of independence, an interdisciplinary style of thinking and questioning that creates and nurtures worldly scholars and global citizens. For this special reason, IB DP is widely recognized by universities around the world as a symbol of academic excellence and one of the strongest educational experiences available in secondary education in today’s ever evolving world.

The benefits of participating in IB Diploma Program are numerous. It is geared for the students who are willing to work hard and seek increased learning opportunities. Students who enter the IB DP are asked to commit to a two yearstudy plan and pursue the diploma certificate by taking IB exams for the courses from six subject areas that are completed in two years. Angels International College offers a cohesive and comprehensive sciences and humanities course framework along with the study of two languages. Students are also required to take courses and submit required assessments in IB DP Core of Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Action & Service (CAS) and Extended Essay (EE).

We hope that our students take full advantage of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program while they are at AIC. We are excited at being afforded the opportunity to assist our students in having the most rewarding DP years with us. Ultimately what is most important to us as their teachers and mentors is to prepare them according to international standards and criteria sanctioned by the most important universities across the world.
